Children under twelve months of age are permitted into theatres free of charge, unless specified by the applicant.

Children under twelve months will not be allocated a seat or require a ticket, however they must be accompanied by a paying adult and sit on the adults knee.

Please also note that in consideration for other patrons, it is expected that a crying child will be taken out of the theatre until settled.

Swan Hill Town Hall PACC accepts the Companion Card. Please present your Companion Card when booking tickets in person at the Box Office. The carer accompanying a cardholder will receive a complementary ticket.

Currently patrons are not required to show their vaccination status or check-in using the Service Victoria app when visiting.

Mask-wearing is are recommended when indoors or in crowded settings and is mandatory if you are a close contact of a positive COVID case.

Request for cashless payment wherever possible to help limit personal contact.

Practise good hand hygiene and sanitise regularly.

Do not visit if you’re unwell or, if in the last 48 hours you have experienced cold or flu symptoms or been instructed by health authorities to isolate.

The authorised ticket seller for events listed on this website is Provenue ticketing services managed by Swan Hill Town Hall Performing Arts Centre and owned by Swan Hill Rural City Council.

Please be aware that we have no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised re-sellers. If you attend one of our events with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised re-seller such as Ticketmaster Resale, Viagogo, Ticketbis, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia or otherwise, you may be refused entry to the event.

Tickets are sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for presenting the event and are subject to the conditions applicable to that event and/or the venue where held.

All sales are final. There is no refund or exchange on tickets unless required by law or the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.

Pension Cards, Seniors Cards, Health Care Cards, Student Cards are accepted. Persons bearing a concession ticket must carry proof of entitlement.

Please note that not all promoter shows have concessions and discounts.

Tickets can be collected from the Swan Hill Town Hall Bookings Office prior to a performance.  On the evening of the performance, tickets can also be picked up at the venue where the performance takes place.

The Swan Hill Town Hall Bookings Office is open 60 minutes prior to performances for ticket purchase or collection.

The foyer, bar area and box office will open 60 minutes prior to the performance. The theatre doors including upstairs will also open 30 minutes prior, so that patrons can move straight to their seats. We will communicate any changes to this standard arrangement direct to ticket-holders.

Beverages and bar snacks will be available from 60 minutes prior to the performance. The bar will close at the commencement of the performance and reopen at interval.

Cash payment is accepted, however, we encourage cashless payment wherever possible.
