Swan Hill Town Hall PACC accepts the Companion Card. Please present your Companion Card when booking tickets in person at the Box Office. The carer accompanying a cardholder will receive a complementary ticket.
The authorised ticket seller for events listed on this website is Provenue ticketing services managed by Swan Hill Town Hall Performing Arts Centre and owned by Swan Hill Rural City Council.
Please be aware that we have no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised re-sellers. If you attend one of our events with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised re-seller such as Ticketmaster Resale, Viagogo, Ticketbis, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia or otherwise, you may be refused entry to the event.
Tickets are sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for presenting the event and are subject to the conditions applicable to that event and/or the venue where held.
All sales are final. There is no refund or exchange on tickets unless required by law or the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.
Tickets can be collected from the Swan Hill Town Hall Bookings Office prior to a performance. On the evening of the performance, tickets can also be picked up at the venue where the performance takes place.
The Swan Hill Town Hall Bookings Office is open 60 minutes prior to performances for ticket purchase or collection.
The foyer, bar area and box office will open 60 minutes prior to the performance. The theatre doors including upstairs will also open 30 minutes prior, so that patrons can move straight to their seats. We will communicate any changes to this standard arrangement direct to ticket-holders.
